Our 2019 DRAMS User Group will take place in Glasgow on 6th June. Huge thanks to Whyte & Mackay for generously offering to host this event.

This year’s annual user group will focus on innovation and is titled The Ideas Factory.

During this User Group, we will invite our customers to come together to discuss ideas which can be used to enhance the DRAMS distillery record and management systems. Breakout groups will focus on individual roles such as finance, warehousing, or IT and how the existing system can be improved to address challenges commonly experienced in these areas.  

As always, the User Group will bring together DRAMS customers from around the world to meet, learn how to take advantage of the latest developments in DRAMS, share best practice, and of course to catch up with friends and colleagues new and old.

Our 2018 event took place in July and was hosted by John Fergus and Co at the impressive InchDairnie distillery. Key topics covered include DRAMSPrint, Cask Assessment and Wood Management, DRAMS Dashboard, new Mobile Hardware, and developments in Customer Care.
